Just passing through Fredericton, we stayed at Prospect Inn for one night. Norm, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and had our room ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Uncle Pete's restaurant located on-site before hitting the road again. The hotel is conveniently located near a waterfront trail where we took our dog for a scenic walk. The AC unit worked well to cool us down on a hot night, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is great with lots of parking and easy accessibility.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh-smelling bathrooms. the restaurant on site offered delicious home-cooked meals, and the staff were friendly. the motel was surprisingly quiet, despite having many guests. the manager was attentive and remembered returning guests. There were convenient amenities available, such as a washer and dryer for guest use.
The rooms were dated, although renovations were underway. the overall aesthetics of the hotel were not the most visually appealing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and quick check-in process. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. The manager, Norm, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of having Uncle Pete's restaurant on-site for a delicious breakfast. The nearby waterfront trail was a nice bonus for our dog's walk. we had a friendly and pet-friendly experience at this hidden gem.
The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms, including a noisy fridge and activities in the motel hallway. Additionally, the air conditioner was positioned in a way that blew directly on our face while sleeping, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prospect Inn. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a small fridge. Despite the older appearance of the facility, our room exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the convenience of a ground floor room. The small restaurant on-site served a delicious burger with generous portions of onion rings. The manager, Norm, was incredibly helpful and promptly replaced a malfunctioning air conditioner. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was ideal for exploring downtown Fredericton, just a short drive away. we highly recommend the Prospect Inn for a pleasant and affordable stay in Fredericton.
